Dear State Licensing Boards,

Stating on your website that you have significant shortages in mental health staff, specifically “in those with doctorate level credentials” as well as lamenting the “difficulties in attracting those currently licensed in other jurisdictions (fancy word meaning states)” and then making the licensing process an utter pain in the neck makes no sense. Pick a lane and sort these processes out.
