So I was looking at all the upgrade options for my phone last weekend. Not really interested in getting a new phone but paying my bill and the little “upgrade ready” (or whatever) button was next to my phone, so why not take a look? I mean what harm could it do, right?

Now my phone is acting up. Problems connecting to the internet. Problems with my email and text messages.

Seriously WTF?…….
