I’ll buy a house, start a family, save for retirement, write that book, take a vacation, start checking off bucket list items, (fill in the blank), when I’m ready.

The best time to do anything was before now.

Best time to buy a house or stick or land or anything was before now. before prices got so high or interest rates were so crazy or….whatever factor you consider

The second best time to do anything is right now.

Just give yourself permission and do it. Whatever it takes. With what’re money you have. With however much time you can devote to it.

Just start.
